  • Deskpilot OS is a solution for shared desk environments that automatically assigns desks in to team members based on their workplace and collaboration needs. Users can store their preferences and their attendance within the Deskpilot cockpit and the software sends out their desk info per mail.

  • Deskpilot chooses desks according to the user’s individual preferences and learns via feedback.

  • Team members never have to book their own desks anymore. The automatic assignment saves time and effort, works more precisely and is most of all a fair solution. Desk booking is always based on first-come-first-served which creates injustices and inefficiencies in the of districbution of spatial ressources.

  • We need a floorplan (preferably in a CAD format like dwg) and a user list.

    After a short demo Deskpilot OS sends out infomails to all users with a link to their platform, where they can fill their personal survey and plan their attendances.
